These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Effortless Content, an online education program provided by Bethany Moriarty trading as Bethany Clare Photography ("we", "our" or "us").

By purchasing and accessing Effortless Content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to Effortless Content from the official launch date or immediately if the course is already live.

Your enrolment includes access to the course materials, downloadable resources and any bonuses listed at the time of purchase.

Course access is granted to the registered purchaser only and is for your personal use. Your login details must not be shared, transferred or sold to another person.

2. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, workbooks, templates, downloads, graphics, course materials and other resources remain the intellectual property of Bethany Moriarty trading as Bethany Clare Photography.

Your enrolment gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your own learning and business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, share or teach any part of this course without our prior written permission.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be received in full before access to the course is granted unless an approved payment plan is offered.

4. Refund Policy

Effortless Content is a digital education program that provides immediate access to educational content and downloadable resources.

For this reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Live Implementation Workshop

If your enrolment includes access to a Live Workshop, you will receive further information before the event.

We reserve the right to reschedule the workshop if circumstances outside our control require us to do so.

6. Course Updates

Your enrolment includes access to future updates made to the current version of Effortless Content.

This does not include future standalone courses, coaching programs, memberships or products unless specifically stated.

7. Educational Information

Effortless Content is an educational program designed to teach filming, lighting, equipment selection and content creation techniques.

While we aim to provide practical, high-quality education, your results will depend on your own implementation, experience, effort and circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing or financial outcomes.

8. Equipment Recommendations

Throughout the course, we share equipment recommendations based on our professional experience.

These recommendations are intended as guidance only. You are responsible for selecting equipment that best suits your own needs, budget and circumstances.

9. Acceptable Use

By enrolling in Effortless Content, you agree that you will not:

Share your login details with another person.
Copy or distribute course materials.
Upload any course content to another website or platform.
Record, reproduce or resell any part of the course.
Use any course material for commercial teaching purposes without our written permission.

Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your access being suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your participation in Effortless Content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
